At 2 Tape It, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the policy below.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
• Items must be received within 30 days of the original purchase date
• Items must be unused, in resalable condition, and in original packaging
• All original components must be included
Products that show signs of installation, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Custom-cut, special-order, or made-to-order products
• Clearance or final sale items
• Items that have been installed, modified, or used
How to Initiate a Return

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Processing time is typically 5–7 business days after inspection
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Restocking Fee
Approved returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. The restocking fee is deducted from the refund amount and covers inspection, handling, and re-packaging costs.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
