- Clean + dry matters most: Remove dust, oils, and residue before applying. Allow the surface to fully dry.
- Final wipe: After cleaning, wipe the application area with isopropyl alcohol and let it dry completely.
- Quick adhesion test: Apply a small test piece for 10–15 seconds, then peel and check for dust/residue pickup. Re-clean if needed.
- Positioning: Measure and mark alignment lines before applying long runs for straight lanes and consistent spacing.
- Pressure set: Firmly press the full length (especially edges). A roller/tamping pressure improves bond.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Apply to clean, dry floors (concrete, sealed concrete, epoxy, and smooth industrial surfaces are common).
- Avoid cleaners that leave residue. If an acid-based cleaner was used, ensure the area is properly neutralized and fully rinsed/dried before application.
- For best results, apply in a controlled indoor environment and avoid dusty or oily zones during installation.
